2. Service
Roadside assistance membership for the term of the chosen package (annual 12 months, monthly 1 month). Services, limits (e.g. towing distance, fuel help twice a year with 5 litres, share of long-distance towing) and vehicle classes are shown in the order summary. Provided in Turkey by contracted partners. Services outside the package are charged only after your approval.
3. Price and payment
Total price incl. taxes in lira (euro for sales abroad), paid in advance by card (iyzico) or bank transfer. Card data is not stored by Yolyardim. No delivery costs.
4. Start and term
Starts on payment confirmation; membership number by SMS and e-mail. No automatic renewal; nothing is charged again.
5. Right of withdrawal
14 days from conclusion without giving reasons. If a service has been used with your consent within that period, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 15/1-ğ Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation). Refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.
6. Complaints
Via the contact details above; consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Turkey.
