- Delivery: digital; membership number by SMS/e-mail, digital card in your account.
- No automatic renewal.
- Withdrawal: 14 days without reasons; not available once help has been used with your consent.
- Termination afterwards: at any time; refund of the unused period less the list price of services used (mandatory consumer rights unaffected).
- Without membership: you only pay an offer you accepted; if the service is not provided you get a full refund. Cancelling before accepting an offer is free.
- Refunds: within 14 days to the original payment method.
