Infringement and Content Complaint Notice

If content on the Yolyardim Platform (photo, text, rating, profile data etc.) infringes your copyright, personality rights or personal data, please report it using the form below. Notices are reviewed under Turkish Law No. 5651 and related legislation.
Process
- Each notice receives a reference number and an e-mail confirmation.
- Notices about personality rights are reviewed within 24 hours; unlawful content is removed.
- Copyright notices are reviewed under Law No. 5846; infringing content is removed without delay.
- Personal data notices are also handled as a request under Art. 11 KVKK (30 days).
- You receive the outcome and reasons in writing.
Required information
Name/company, contact details, your capacity (right holder, representative, data subject), where the content is (link, display name, request number), description and legal basis. A power of attorney may be requested for representatives.

Notice records are kept for the applicable limitation periods and then deleted.
The notifying party is liable for false or abusive notices.
