1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of Yolyardim.com, the apps, the WhatsApp line and related services (“Platform”) operated by HERMESS Genel Otomobil Yol Yardım Hizmetleri Birliği Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Yolyardim”). Membership sales are also governed by the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract; partner relations by the Partnership Agreement.
2. Nature of the Platform
Yolyardim connects people who need roadside help with independent towing, recovery and roadside businesses (“Partners”). Membership services are organised by Yolyardim and carried out by Partners. For services outside a membership (offer procedure) the contract is concluded between the user and the chosen Partner; Yolyardim then acts as an intermediary service provider under Law No. 6563. For user-uploaded content, obligations under Law No. 5651 remain unaffected; Yolyardim does not create, control or publish such content.
3. Account
Information must be true and current; passwords and codes must be kept secret. Only adults may buy memberships.
4. User content
Users warrant that uploaded photos and texts are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights. Content is visible only to the assigned Partner and authorised staff and is not published. Users grant a simple, free licence limited to these purposes.
5. Prohibited use
False requests, acting for others without authority, insulting, threatening, obscene or discriminatory content, unlawful uploading of other people’s data, attacks on security, scraping or unauthorised copying are prohibited. Yolyardim may remove content, suspend accounts and notify authorities.
6. Infringement notices
Via the “Infringement Notice” form. Notices are reviewed under Law No. 5651 and the Copyright Law No. 5846; unlawful content is removed.
7. Intellectual property
Design, software, texts and logos belong to Yolyardim or its licensors. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
8. Liability
Arrival times are estimates. Liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damage, without prejudice to intent, gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights under Law No. 6502. Partners are liable for services bought through the offer procedure; Yolyardim fulfils its duties as an intermediary and helps resolve complaints.

10. Changes and termination
Changes are announced on the Platform. Users can close their account at any time via “Delete my account”.
11. Law and disputes
Turkish law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of the consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade and to Consumer Courts above them. Between merchants, the courts of Denizli have jurisdiction.
